Introduction:
The original ore(30cm ore more) is crushed by a jaw crushed and a cone crusher in sequence, and then passed through a linear vibrating screen into a sand making machine for fine breaking. In the process of fine crushing, the sieve is stopped by a linear vibrating screen. The fine particles with a particle size of less than 6 mm are sieved out and transported to the intermediate transfer field. The coarse particles and stones with a particles size of more than 6 mm are returned to the sand making machine for further fine crushing. This process is repeated until the original ore is completely broken into fine particles, and finally the fine particles pass through a magnetic roller belt magnetic separator to remove the machanical iron from the crushing process.
