Introduction:
The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from teh air inlet and flow equalizer of the collector, and the dust of the large particles is separated under the diversion of the ash hopper guiding device, and directly falls into the ash hopper, and the fine dust enters the middle tank to be uniformly adsorbed. On the outer surface of the filter bag, the clean gas permeates the filter bag into the upper case and is discharge into the atmosphere from the upper case exgaust pipe. As the filtration condition progresses, the powder adsorbed on the durface of the filter bag increases, teh permeability of the filter bag is weakend, and the resistance of the dust collector is continuously increased. Whne the resistance reaches a certain value, the pulse controller sends a singal to sequentially open the eletromagnetic pulse. The valve causes the compressed air in the air bag to be sparyed from the nozzles of the blowing pipe to the correspoding venturi, and induces the air surrounding the primary air to enter the filter bag when the airflow quickly disappears, and the filter bag shrinks sharply, so that the dust accumulated on the outer wall of the filter bag is eliminated, and the fallen dust discharge system is discharged.
